Abracadabra Bunny your happiness is in your hands.

With all the hate in the world today, it's nice to have a little buddy that reminds us to ward off the hate and negative thoughts that drag us down the rabbit hole---- wake up happy! Abracadabra Bunny aka the positive bunny is a symbol for happiness and peace, in our culture of racism, sexism and xenophobia. A psychologist created the bunny as a positive response to all the hate symbols cropping up across the country that try to get inside our head to hurt and humiliate us: confederate memorials displayed in our cities, swastikas painted on our churches and synagogues, nooses hung on our college campuses and "build the wall" scrawled across our schools. The half man, half bunny represents that we are all the same as complex beings, his flower of various colors signals the beauty in our differences. The bunny helps you to practice happiness; not as a fake smile but a state of mind in a tug-of-war between our human impulses and animal instincts.
"All it takes is a beautiful fake smile to hide an injured soul and they will never notice how broken you really are." — Robin Williams

Happiness is a state of mind.
The trick is to train yourself to cast out negative, unwanted thoughts and input positive thoughts. The bunny is a reminder to guard your mind and protect yourself from the tiny demon perched on your shoulder whispering negative, toxic thoughts to poison your mind. The bunny is influenced by cognitive behavior therapy; your thoughts influence your feelings and behavior. Everything begins with a thought ---pay attention to your thoughts--- rid yourself of the thoughts that torment and torture us. A study at the London School of Economics says happiness depends on our mental well-being. Our mindset is the biggest obstacle to overcoming hate.
Get your mind right---that's the bunny's purpose.

Sleep with the bunny!
This little bunny can have a positive affect on your every day life, studies show that the last thing you look at before you go to bed, impacts your mood, the next morning. Keep the bunny by your bed as a constant, visual reminder to practice developing a positive mindset. The bunny represents the Sexy Girl Sisterhood who keep the bunny by their bed so that they remember to keep hate out of their head, their heart and their home---pursue happiness. Bottom line, if you think you are a victim, live in the past or hold onto hate; you will never be happy.
Abracadabra, your happiness is in your hands!
Wake up, it's a new morning!
"Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it." — Groucho Marx
